Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Water, sewer and electric are submetered and charged back to residents based on their own usage. Utilities are paid with their monthly rent, and do not require residents to set up their own accounts. We do not charge residents for gas, and they are only responsible for their individual sub-metered use (not community use). (If it's needed, the community providers are Nashville Electric Service, Piedmont Natural Gas, and Metro Water Services).

Internet is included and provided for each resident in their apartment home and in common areas through Wirestar Networks.
Rent is due on the 1st with a grace period through the 5th. Late fees will be applied on the 6th at 10% of the rent or $30 for utilities. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Community Amenities

Reserved resident parking is located in our parking garage behind a secured gate. Monthly parking rates range from $75–$175 depending on the location and convenience of the space. Permanent vehicle limits apply per apartment: one vehicle for studios and one-bedroom homes, and up to two vehicles for two- and three-bedroom homes. Month-to-month parking options may be available for an additional fee, based on availability. Additional fees may apply. All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease.
