Lease Terms
Pricing, Fees & Deposits
Water, sewer and electric are submetered and charged back to residents based on their own usage. Utilities are paid with their monthly rent, and do not require residents to set up their own accounts. We do not charge residents for gas, and they are only responsible for their individual sub-metered use (not community use). (If it's needed, the community providers are Nashville Electric Service, Piedmont Natural Gas, and Metro Water Services).
Apartment Features

All apartment homes will include the following appliances: microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer, dryer. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.
Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.
